Decorative small wooden houses that will add a natural touch to any home dcor. They are also fun to play with as they are finished with black or blue chalkboard paint so you can draw or write whatever you want on them.

Since the houses are made of recycled wood these sizes might slightly vary. Because I care about our environment & strive to make my creation processes as environmentally friendly as possible, I make these mini toy houses from recycled/reclaimed wood so it is natural that some of them have small dents highlighting the beauty & texture of the wood.

Equally great as imaginative toys or home dcor items these versatile two-in-one houses were originally conceived as a toy for my son. When I have noticed that he liked playing with the wooden offcuts that I have been accumulating from numerous woodworking projects at home I decided to make proper toys for him.

First, I made several unfinished ones & then decided to paint some of them with chalkboard paint so that he could draw on them. When he is done playing with them, I keep them on a shelf or a window sill in his room & in our living room & they make great accent pieces for our home.
